It actually looks cartoony and not like stock anime, nor is it completely over-angular like the stereotype of modern western cartoons.
I think I'm going to enjoy this.
Not so much the ignorant children on /a/ frothing at the mouth because it looks just slightly different from what they're used to, but oh well.
Also reminds me that I intended to give Heartcatch Precure a look. Though I'm also watching all three seasons of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha right now so maybe I should lay off the magical girl stuff for a bit or I might actually become the little girl.

it looks pretty, pleasantly dissimilar to most western and eastern stuff I've seen recently (although I'd like to see it move before I say for sure). i like the way the weapons they're holding are just in blue and white, it reminds me of the new gendy tartakovsky giant robot show
